Every X3 DataQ challenge is built on a two-layer system designed so a regulation is never invented or guessed at:

The exact regulatory text comes straight from the official electronic Code of Federal Regulations (eCFR) — the government's own source — never paraphrased or from memory.
AI builds the case
Our engine matches your violation or crash to the controlling rule, explains it in plain English, and assembles a file-ready Request for Data Review with your evidence.
A human reviews it
On Assisted and Done-For-You plans, a DOT compliance specialist reviews and tightens every packet before it's filed with FMCSA.

2 Our guarantee
We don't take cases we don't believe in. Before you pay to fight a violation, the engine gives you a free, honest read on whether it's winnable — and if the evidence says you'll lose, we tell you so you don't waste money.

3 Your data is protected
You're trusting us with inspection reports, driver information, and sometimes crash video. We treat it accordingly:

- Used only to build and file your DataQ challenges — never sold, never shared with third parties for marketing.
- Yours to delete: request removal of your data at any time.
- Access limited to you and the specialist assigned to your case.
4 We stay current
FMCSA rules change — the Crash Preventability Determination Program expanded to 21 eligible crash types in December 2024, and SMS methodology continues to evolve. We track those changes and update the engine against the official sources.
