Please read carefully. X3 Fleet Safety LLC is a compliance services company. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Use of X3 DataQ does not create an attorney-client relationship.

1. Who we are

X3 DataQ ("the Service") is operated by X3 Fleet Safety LLC ("X3," "we," "us"). The Service helps motor carriers identify, prepare, and submit Requests for Data Review and Crash Preventability Determination requests through the FMCSA DataQs process.

2. Not legal advice

Content, win-probability estimates, document checklists, and drafted challenge narratives provided by the Service are informational and are not legal advice. We are not attorneys and do not represent you in any legal or administrative proceeding. For legal representation, consult a licensed attorney.

3. No guarantee of outcome

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) decides every Request for Data Review and preventability determination at its sole discretion. We do not control and cannot guarantee any outcome, score change, fine reduction, or insurance impact. Win-probability and savings figures are estimates only.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the documents and information you submit.
You confirm you are authorized to submit DataQ challenges on behalf of the carrier(s) in your account.
You will not upload unlawful content or another party's confidential information without authorization.

5. Plans, billing & refunds

Paid plans (DIY, Assisted, Done-For-You, and crash review) are billed as described at purchase. The free verdict requires no payment. Where we agree to file a challenge on your behalf and fail to meet a filing commitment on our end, that filing's fee is refundable. Government decisions are not grounds for refund, as they are outside our control.

6. Acceptable use

You may not resell, scrape, or redistribute the Service or its outputs except under a written agreement with us. API access, where offered, is governed by separate API terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, X3's total liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, penalties, or adverse government decisions.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
