We never sell your data. We use it only to build and file your DataQ challenges. You can delete it at any time.

What we collect

Account info: name, email, company, USDOT/MC number.
Case data you provide: inspection reports, violation details, driver and vehicle information, crash/police reports, evidence documents and video you upload.
Usage data: standard logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

How we use it

To identify challengeable violations, build your Request for Data Review packets, and (on applicable plans) file them with FMCSA.
To provide support and improve the Service.
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their marketing.

How it's protected

Encrypted in transit and at rest.
Access limited to you and the X3 specialist assigned to your case.
Stored with reputable infrastructure providers under their security controls.

Sharing

We share information only: (a) with FMCSA / the DataQs system as needed to file a challenge you authorize; (b) with service providers who help us operate the platform under confidentiality obligations; or (c) where required by law.

Your choices

Request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing us.
Close your account at any time; we delete or anonymize case data per our retention schedule unless we're legally required to keep it.
